A radio advertisement for Morgan & Morgan that began during the second half Kentucky’s basketball game against Wichita State on Sunday is finally expected to come to an end at some point today, sources confirmed.

“I just want to know the score of the game,” said local listener Ernest Miller. “Did UK win? Tom Leach was calling the game but then it went to commercial and some lawyer guy has been talking ever since. I’ve been awake for three days.”

Morgan & Morgan, Lexington’s favorite Florida-based personal injury law firm, is known for its lengthy radio commercials in which founder John Morgan goes on several non-law related tangents and waxes poetic about the good old days before finally ending the advertisement with the catchphrase “For The People.” That catch phrase has yet to come in this latest commercial, but listeners are confident it will happen at some point this afternoon.

“It’s got to end at some point, right?” asked Wilma Spears. “He’s already mentioned his childhood memories of almost every place in Lexington I can think of, surely there can’t be many more. I thought it was about to end early Monday morning, but it was just WLAP pausing 10 seconds for station identification.”
