Governor Matt Bevin re-tweeted a gif on Facebook yesterday, the content of which involved him doling out yet another cheap shot to his sworn enemy the Louisville Courier-Journal.

“Hey Courier-Journal, this just in… my foot, in your crotch,” was the text that accompanied the post on his official Facebook page, that the governor of the commonwealth uses as his own personal news channel. The Courier-Journal responded to the governor’s message, by promising a drastic action, “Look here Matt, as soon as we find whoever made that bogus meme of us being assaulted, we will expose them. We will reveal any of their dirty secrets that are in no way related to the context of the story at hand, and we will also blackmail them too.”

While the Courier-Journal has proven their ability to expose the identity of, and reveal the unrelated past of some doctor that tried unsuccessfully to ride a plane once, they’ve really struggled to find much of anything since; particularly comebacks for Matt Bevin’s sick burns.

“Frankly Matt Bevin is just flat out mean, and I’d love to expose whoever is behind his latest attempt to disparage our good name,” explained a copy editor for the Louisville newspaper. This, just after he finished justifying the use of the word ‘Russdiculous’ in the tease for a real life news story to his co-workers. The editor concluded his statement with, “also, if you know what an IP address is and how to track it would you please call our main offices.”

After realizing the newspaper’s search for the creator of the meme had hit a dead end, we asked the Governor himself about the video, “To be honest, I don’t even know why this video even bothers the news outlet in the first place? Besides I’ve been cutting some way more awesome and hateful wrestling promos every week right here on my Facebook page.”

As to where the governor found the meme, he replied, “What do you mean found? That’s a real video I edited together, you can catch me every Wednesday night, wrestling at the Louisville Gardens.”
